  • Try to SELL you stuff you don’t need or want;
  • Make you exercise 5 hr a day and/or go on 1000 calories diets

  • Help you discover the best of you and help you use the tools you may already have for life long weight management;
  • Help you find balance in life;
  • Take under consideration your special needs, time and budget;
  • Make it fun and interesting;
  • Teach you how to build an active life style and not go crazy.

About The Trainer

Karolina Przewloka Labrecque is a driven and empathic leader in her field of study and views her chosen career as a mission. She has accomplished a great deal over the last 10 years.  Karolina has a PhD in Physical Education with Specialization in Physical Therapy and holds a Master of Science in Psychology.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Life Coach.
