Yes — completely complimentary, no catch. It's a genuine 90-minute conversation with Dr. Karolina LaBrecque to explore your situation and see if it's the right fit. There's no obligation to book anything afterward.
Do you work with clients outside New Hampshire? +
Absolutely. While Help To Grow Institute is headquartered on the New Hampshire Seacoast, all sessions happen online via video call, so clients join from anywhere. In-person options may be available for local clients on request.
What should I prepare before a call? +
Nothing formal — just come as you are. It helps to have a general sense of what's feeling stuck or unsustainable right now, but you don't need a polished pitch. Dr. K will ask the right questions to get you there.
How far in advance should I book a speaking engagement? +
Ideally 6–8 weeks out for keynotes and workshops, since each engagement is customized to your audience and goals. Shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated for podcast guest spots or panels — just note your event date in the inquiry form.
