I believe in a holistic approach to living a healthy and happy life. No matter what a client is seeking to achieve, we will work to find a solution by seeking to find wellness of the body, the mind, and the spirit. We’ll begin by assessing your level of emotional control, physical wellbeing, social well being and neurobiology, and determine how to best move towards your goals. From there I will introduce you to various tools based in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Positive Psychology and neuroscience. 


We feel better when our bodies are healthy, so it is equally as important to take care of our physical health as it is to take care of our mental and spiritual health. Eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly,and getting enough sleep are just a few examples of how we can take care of our bodies. If you have an injury, chronic illness or allergy, then there are additional steps we can take to ensure your body is feeling as good as possible, so you can live your best life.


When we are tired or stressed, it can become difficult to function at our best. It has also been proven that our mind can have a powerful effect on our physical health. Therefore, it is critical to pay attention to our mental state of well-being when thinking about our health as a whole. I help clients find ways to let go of unwanted stress and increase their energy levels as a result. 


Just as our physical and mental health are intertwined, our spirit can be dampened when we are not feeling well physically and/or mentally. It can sometimes be difficult to stay positive when everything feels overwhelming, or when our bodies aren’t working the way they are supposed to. If you are in pain physically or mentally drained, every day can feel like a challenge. I help clients find new ways to think about obstacles and challenges using tools and resources to guide them towards maintaining a positive outlook on life.

Tools & Resources

I use a variety of unique tools and resources to help clients reach their goals and overcome obstacles. I encourage clients to practice meditation, mindfulness, and gratitude as part of a solution to whatever problem they are trying to solve. 

We commonly discuss how a person’s diet, nervous system, and exercise habits affects their bodies and minds, and explore options for maximizing their physical health. I have also built a vast network of trusted professionals that can provide additional services to further help my clients to become the best versions of themselves.
