What to Expect
For anyone interested in learning more about the life coaching services offered at Help to Grow Institute, the first step is always to schedule a free, one-hour consultation with Dr. Karolina LaBrecque. Upon arrival, you can expect the following:
A consultation that is unique to you.
Even before you arrive, I will customize the agenda and approach for your consultation based on any information you have provided prior to our meeting.
A judgment-free environment.
I am here to listen, to assess, to analyze, and to provide support. I am not here to judge where you are at with your life, your goals, or your challenges. Your consultation is a chance to be as open and honest as possible for best results.
A chance to say what you want out of life.
I will ask you several questions, which may cause you to think about your life in ways you never have before. You may find yourself saying things you didn’t even realize you were thinking or feeling.
A chance to try out some of my cool tools.
During our session, we will try a couple of exercises related to the behaviors you are trying to change, so you can get a feel for how I coach.
An opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other.
It is important for both of us to feel comfortable working together from the start. We must both agree that it is in our best interests to work together before we can move forward.
